About the project
The team that commissioned this project was having two main issues: first, users were using spreadsheets that didn't ensure the budget information matched correctly, and second, they were not respecting the deadlines for the information to be submitted.
So I read the law that supports the process and optimized it by converting it into multi-step forms for every phase of the process, and made visible for all users, the process and the time every user is taking to submit the information required.
